DHA Quetta announces surcharge waiver scheme on residential, commercial plots 

Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced a surcharge waiver scheme 2023 on residential and commercial plots through a post shared on the authority’s Facebook page on April 28.  The administration is offering a surcharge waiver scheme for residential and commercial plot owners in order to adopt customer-friendly policies.

The DHA Quetta offers this scheme in three categories. The following are the details of the waiver scheme:

• To 5-marla marketing customers, a 100% discount on surcharge is being offered on payment of all instalments of development charges. 
• The owners of public ballot residential plots who clear all instalments will get a 40% discount on surcharge
• The owners of ballot commercial plots who clear all instalments get a 35% discount on surcharge

As per the details, this offer is valid till May 31. The administration has requested the owners to pay their instalments as soon as possible to avail this amazing offer.
