As per the video, there are three scenarios of the transfer procedure. In the first scenario, the winner will submit their form and eligible-allocated file at the Allocation Desk and the DHA Quetta staff will verify the result and file. After that, the staff will cancel the Original Successful form and the unsuccessful allocated file will be cancelled in the favour of DHA Quetta as down payment. The staff will, then, collect the successful form and the cancelled file and provide a confirmation letter with the payment schedule and vouchers.
In the second scenario, if the successful customer wants to transfer their form, they will bring the form and two copies of the sales agreement to the Transfer Desk. The staff will issue a transfer fee voucher in the name of the buyer. It is mandatory for both seller and buyer to be present at the office. The transfer fee will be paid at the bank counter and both parties must go to the transfer desk again.

The DHA Quetta staff will verify and keep the following documents with them: the sales agreement form, successful ballot form, paid copies of vouchers and one copy of the sales agreement. The second copy will be stamped by the Transfer Officer and provided to the buyer. According to scenario 1, the buyer will obtain the EB Commercial file.
In the third scenario, if the buyer wants to sell the sales agreement form, they will have to bring buyer to the transfer desk. The owner will submit two copies of the new sales agreement along with the previous sales agreement to get the transfer fee voucher. The buyer will submit the paid transfer fee vouchers at the Sales Agreement Counter. The documents will be verified and the new buyer will be issued a signed sales agreement form.
