Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has announced an extension in the surcharge incentive scheme for all categories of plots and villas, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on April 1.

As per the details, the authority has extended the deadline to avail surcharge waiver scheme on all categories of plots and villas on payment of all instalments due till April 30, 2023. It was mentioned that if the members fail to make payment by April 30 2023, the plot and location ballot result will be cancelled.
Moreover, the defaulting members who were paying or had paid the land cost but are unable to continue making payments for instalments can apply for cancellation and get a refund for the amount paid. The administration will refund the deposited amount after deducting the membership fee and 10% of the remaining amount.

The DHA Multan also announced a special scheme for members and their blood relations (parents, spouses, and children). If the allocation is requested for cancellation, members and their blood relations can have their paid amounts adjusted from one allotment to another without any deduction.
