The post further states that DHA Multan authority is fulfilling its promise of providing world-class liveability options in the city. Those who buy these plots can start construction work on their dream home right away. The development charges for these plots can be cleared in 3 years. Moreover, the administration shared that owners who will construct grey structures of their homes within 1 year will be able to enjoy a 50% waiver on development charges.
