Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has shared the deadline to submit the application forms for 1 kanal residential plots in Overseas Sector in Phase IV, according to an advert in the national dailies on November 20.
As per the details, the DHAI-R administration will soon launch the Overseas Sector with a limited number of residential plots on the flexible instalment plan. The deadline to submit the application is December 12, 2022. However, possession is expected by December 2024.
The payment plan for the residential plots is as follows:
Lump Sum Payment Plan (Payment within 60 days)
1-year Payment Plan (4 x quarterly instalments)
2 years Payment Plan (8 x quarterly instalments)
3 years Payment Plan (2 x quarterly instalments)

All CNIC/ NICOP holders are eligible to apply
There is no limit on the number of applications per applicant
The applicants can register online by visiting the DHAI-R website. Visit https://www.dhai-r.com.pk to submit the application and processing fee
Application forms are available on the website and interested parties can download it
The participants can also send the duly filled application form and processing fee to ‘Senior Manager Marketing, DHA Head Office, Defence Avenue, Phase I, DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi
Payments should be deposited through an online payment made by Roshan Digital Account (RDA) holders of UBL, Faysal Bank, Meezan Bank Ltd, Bank Alfalah Ltd, HBL, MCB, and IPG Portal Links
For non-RDA holders of HBL, Askari Ltd, IPG Portal Links, 1Link (1Bill), pay order, credit cards, and bank draft in favour of ‘Defence Housing Authority Rawalpindi’ on NTN # 42220394-5.
Previously, the authority shared that the processing fee for the plots will be PKR 20,000 (non-refundable). The plots will be allotted through the ballot. Sharing details on the ballot, it was mentioned that the ballot will be conducted 2 weeks after the campaign is closed.
