Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) administration has launched a mobile application to facilitate its members and business partners, announced a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page.

As per the details, the mobile app is user-friendly to make the life of its members easy. The mobile app is available on both the platforms iOS and Android. With the development of the app, the members will not have to visit the DHA offices to avail some of its services. The salient features of the app include a panic alert dashboard, complaint dashboard, news & promotions, and servant/labour management tab.
Reportedly, you can use the panic alert dashboard to call security in case of snatching, theft, or any untoward situation. The app will keep you updated by giving the latest news and promotions notifications.

Moreover, you can register the servants and labours working at your home or construction site. There is a dedicated tab for the complaint dashboard where you can register your complaints pertaining to water, sanitation, Teleman, Sui gas, electricity, bills, etc. The members will not have to visit the office for these services.
