Islamabad: The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has announced the launch of the exclusive Overseas Sector, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on November 15.
As per the details, the DHAI-R administration will soon launch limited 1 kanal residential plots in the Overseas Sector. The plots will be available on up to a 3-year easy instalment plan. The post also mentioned that the expected possession of these residential plots is scheduled for December 2024.
Moreover, the Overseas Sector will feature state-of-the-art facilities and amenities, easy instalment plans, and top-notch security. In a video shared by the authority, it was stated that allotment will be conducted through ballot within 2 weeks after the campaign closes. The processing fee for plots is PKR 20,000 (non-refundable).
