Lahore: The members of DHA Real Estate Association (DHAREA) staged a protest against the new tax regime at Lalak Jaan Chowk on Saturday, October 29, states a news report.
According to sources, DHAREA President Rafique Hasrat and Senior Vice President Arshad Ali Khokar demanded the government take back all the taxes imposed after June 30, 2016 as these taxes have left adverse effects on the property market.
Representatives of almost all real estate agencies in DHA participated in this protest that lasted for 3 hours.
