Zameen.com has learned from its reliable sources that DHA Quetta’s launch date is expected to be announced within a week’s timeframe.

Further, the announcement will be made through the print and electronic (primarily television) medias – and will include details on the inventory available in DHA Quetta Phase I for residential, commercial and farmhouse developments.
Our sources have also confirmed that the acquisition process for over 3,000 acres of land — expected to be rolled out during the first phase of DHA Quetta’s launch — has been completed.

Additionally, DHA Quetta is expected to surprise potential investors and buyers with a variety of plot sizes and types – catering to all investment appetites. Furthermore, the payment plans for these properties will also be quite accommodating and economical; with the time period granted to complete payments having been extended to four years, instead of the usual three.
