Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has unveiled an Early Bird Scheme – a limited-time offer that aims to entice potential residential candidates with a host of exceptional benefits. This announcement was made through the authority’s official Facebook page on November 29.

As per the details, the authority is set to offer reimbursements of development charges to residential candidates on a first-come, first-serve basis. This lucrative opportunity is designed to ease the financial burden associated with residential construction.
Adding to the allure, the members will also benefit from complimentary services including Soil Investigation, Design Consultancy, and Evacuation. These services, provided free of cost, are geared towards facilitating a seamless and efficient construction process.
Conditions for Reimbursements
To qualify for the development charges reimbursements, candidates must adhere to specific conditions:
- Construction of the residential building must commence within 30 days of Map Approval.
- A 100% development charges refund is promised if the residential building is completed within 18 months.
- A 50% development charges refund is applicable if the residential building is completed within 24 months.

- Interested candidates can submit their applications in either hard or soft form to the Town Planning Office and Building Control Office during regular office hours.
