Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta administration has announced that DHA Quetta only issues files to Authorised Land Providers (LPs) and that there is no agreement signed with any third party, according to a post published on the authority’s official Facebook page.

The authority has issued a public warning against fraudulent practices being reported by the buyers.
Through this public notice, the authority warns, that in anticipation of the upcoming location ballot 2022, some parties are claiming to have an agreement with the authority for the sale/purchase of plot files. The DHA clarifies that no such contract is in place and the buyers should request to see verified documentation proof from the Authroized LPs before any sale or purchase.

It is important to note here that the much-anticipated location ballot of the 1-kanal public ballot and allocation files is being held this Sunday (December 11).
