Quetta: The Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Smart City Phase-I recently announced another measure aimed at facilitating its ballot winners — with the authority now making their confirmation letters available online, according to the project’s official Facebook page.

DHA Quetta has announced for the successful ballot applicants to register themselves on its official website (www.dhaquetta.org), where they can also download their payment schedules and confirmation letters. The issuance of these letters was delayed due to the suspension of courier services amid the COVID-19 lockdown.

Furthermore, the housing project has announced that the extended deadline to deposit the first down payment expires on May 30. This deadline was postponed when the nationwide lockdown was imposed, and the project offices were closed-off for public dealings.
Previously, the DHA Quetta Smart City administration had announced the resumption of file verification operations at all its project offices in Lahore, Quetta, Islamabad and Karachi from April 21 onwards. The project administration also issued file verification guidelines for members to avoid the risk of posed by the spread of the coronavirus.
