Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta plans to invite sealed bids/proposals from reputed, eligible, and experience Information Technology (IT) companies through a single-stage-two-envelope procedure for the supply and installation of smart security management solutions in the housing society, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page.

As per the details, the Request for Proposal (RFP) document can be acquired from the DHA Quetta IT Directorate from July 25 to August 15. The interested companies can submit a written request on the firm’s letterhead and pay PKR 5,000 (non-refundable) per set in the favour of DHA Quetta.
Moreover, the firms are requested to submit their sealed bids (one original and two copies) duly completed in all respects by August 27 at the address IT Directorate, Head Office DHA Quetta, near Askari Check Post, Airport Road, Quetta.

The following are some terms and conditions you need to keep in mind:
• No bid/proposal will be accepted after the deadline
• DHA Quetta has the right to accept or reject the proposals submitted before the acceptance of a proposal/bid without giving any reason
• Incomplete documents will be considered non-responsive and rejected
• Firms not registered with DHA Quetta are not eligible to submit bids/ proposals
It was also highlighted that the interested firms can register with the Town Planning and Building Control Directorate DHA Quetta, before receiving tender documents.
