Quetta: The administration of the Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has invited interested firms to submit their technical and financial proposals for the construction of DHA Quetta Smart City Phase-I Expressway (Main Boulevard) and the complete roads network in project sectors A, B, C and D, according to developer’s official Facebook page.

Experienced, reputable and licenced firms (holding a certification from the Pakistan Engineering Council) have been invited to submit their complete bids for the construction of DHA Quetta Expressway (one original and two copies) by June 12.

The administration has announced that the interested construction firms can get their bidding documents from the office of Director Town Planning and Building Control at DHA Quetta Headquarters on the Airport Road, from May 18 to 22 during office hours.
It was further revealed that incomplete bidding documents will be treated as non-responsive and will be rejected as a result. Additionally, DHA Quetta has recovered the right (in its sole discretion) to reject any and all firms ‘as per provisions of rules and regulations’.
