Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with High Land Resorts for constructing 440 villas on 50 acres of land, according to a post published on the society’s official Facebook page on November 17.

The timeline communicated for the construction of said villas is two years. At present, the development work is being executed on commercial malls, expressway and main entrance of DHA Quetta.

The 5-marla residential plots in the project have already sold out, and the plots are expected to be demarcated within 2.5 years. The project will be habitable by 2023 and filers would only have to be 1% in terms of tax to the DHA Quetta management.
Moreover, the project will include rainwater harvesting, wastewater recycling, groundwater usage and water storage dams.
