According to the details, the management of DHA Quetta seeks to clarify the confusion and provide accurate information on the categorisation of “Unsuccessful and 2nd Ballot files”. Contrary to circulating rumours, DHA Quetta emphasises that “Unsuccessful files and 2nd Ballot files” are distinct categories, and there are no intentions to merge them. All stakeholders must recognise that these categories will remain separate entities throughout the forthcoming location ballot process.
