Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta administration has stated that they will notify the Smart City Phase-I ballot winners to confirm their addresses and would soon share down payments details concerning respective ballot categories, according to the developer’s social media channels.

To this effect, the management has announced that it is unable to dispatch confirmation letters to the ballot winners since the courier services are suspended in the country in the wake of the novel coronavirus spread.

Previously, DHA Quetta held its first ballot on March 14 for the Smart City Phase I project. The ballot offered properties under 12 categories that included residential, commercial and farmhouse plots of various sizes.
In a bid to stop the spread of the novel coronavirus, DHA Quetta has already shut its offices in Lahore, Karachi and Rawalpindi till April 5.
