Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced a significant update to its feature charges, set to take effect from October 1, 2024, as stated on their official Facebook page.
As per details, current plot owners are informed that they can submit feature charges at the old rates until September 30, 2024. Under the new structure, the feature charges for residential and commercial plots have been revised as follows:

Semi Feature (5%): 0.288 Mn
Single Feature (10%): 0.576 Mn
Semi + Single Feature (15%): 0.864 Mn
Double Feature (20%): 1.152 Mn
5 Marla Residential:
Semi Feature (5%): 0.1782 Mn
New Feature Charges:
2 Kanal Residential:
Single Feature (10%): 1.68 Mn
Semi + Single Feature (15%): 2.52 Mn
1 Kanal Residential:
Single Feature (10%): 0.93 Mn
Semi + Single Feature (15%): 1.39 Mn
16 Marla Residential:
Single Feature (10%): 0.79 Mn
