Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has unveiled a streamlined process for making online payments, catering to the convenience of its valued customers. The official Facebook page of the authority released a video tutorial on September 30, demonstrating the easy steps to facilitate online payments through the HBL mobile app.

Here’s a concise breakdown of the payment procedure:

• Log in to your HBL mobile app using your username and password, or opt for fingerprint/facial recognition for quick access
• Tap on the ‘More’ icon within the app
• Select ‘DHA’ from the list of options
• Choose the respective company and click ‘Next’
• Enter the necessary payment details and proceed by clicking ‘Next’
• Confirm the payment amount and click ‘Next’
• Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) and click ‘Next’

Lastly, enter your transaction password and click ‘Pay’ to complete the transaction
