Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta administration shared the good news of introducing an online payment processing service by April, according to a post on the authority’s official Facebook page.

As per the details, the administration announced that both national and overseas customers can avail online payment processing facility from April 30, 2022. With this initiative, the administration takes an important step forward towards digitisation.
Reportedly, the DHA Quetta administration has installed Pakistan’s first-ever ‘Solar Cylindrical Streets Lights’ at Mega Level. This is a huge step towards fulfilling the promise of ‘Smart City’.

Moreover, the DHA administration met with regional heads and executives of leading banks of Pakistan and Balochistan. The administration stated that with the support of all stakeholders, especially the banking sector, the DHA Quetta can expedite development. It was also mentioned that the DHA Quetta is moving towards 100% digitisation and soon online banking will have a huge role to play in the provision of exceptional customer services.
