Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta administration on Friday launched its ‘Early Bird Advantage’ scheme for the affidavit file holders of 1-kanal plots, according to a post published on the society’s official Facebook page.
According to the details revealed, members who wish to avail this facility will have to pay development charges for a guaranteed plot allotment in Sector A. Additionally, a 10% discount will also be given to beneficiaries of the scheme.
Reportedly, this initiative is being offered on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis. Once the official ballot date is announced and location of Sector A on the map is revealed, the interested members will be able to obtain challans online.
Earlier, DHA Quetta announced this early bird scheme wherein a ballot was to be held for plots located in Sector A. Moreover, during the event, the reallots with prominent performances were celebrated with cash prizes, certificates and return air tickets.
