According to the details shared by local property experts, this is a first for DHA where the administration is not only announcing that it will perform ballot for Sector A – instead of all sectors – but will also reveal the location of Sector A on the map prior to the ballot.
In order to be a part of the early bird advantage ballot, buyers will have to pay full development charges. Following the official announcement, buyers will have the option to obtain the challan form for payment online. Only those who have allocation documents, intimation documents or an open affidavit will be able to avail this opportunity.

Those who have an open affidavit can also avail this opportunity by paying the development charges after which they can obtain the requisite documents in their name from DHA Quetta.
The exact number of plots to be balloted can be anywhere between 1,000 and 2,000 plots; however, these are expected to be premier plots located within the first sector – Sector A – of the project so the move is expected to generate quite a buzz within the market.
