Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has invited bids from contractor firms for the construction of the grey structure of D-Type Apartments in the housing society, as per an advert published on the authority’s official Facebook page on September 20.

Interested firms that are registered with DHA Quetta and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) ranking C-5 category or above are requested to submit their duly completed sealed ‘technical’ and ‘financial proposal’ (one original and two copies) for the construction of grey structure of D-Type Apartments by October 15.
The tender documents can be obtained from the office of the Director of Town Planning and Building Control (TP&BC) during office hours with effect from September 25 to October 05. It was also highlighted that a written request on the company’s letterhead and payment of PKR 25,000 (non-refundable) fee for bid documents will be required.

The interested contractors are liable to submit their documents to the office of the Director TP&BC, Main DHA Office at Airport Road in Quetta.
