Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced its decision to ban the open files available for the housing project soon, as per a notification published in the national dailies on April 29. However, the notice hasn’t mentioned any dates for the implementation of this decision.
The authorities have also decided to eliminate the verification process associated with these files. As per the announcement, the DHA Quetta management has requested its members to not buy or sell open files, or the authorities will not be held responsible.
The open file holders (for both Affidavit files and Barcode files) have been directed to have them allocated to their names. For details and more information, the members can contact the following numbers; +92-311-3377929, 330-5891313.
Previously, the authority informed affidavit file holders and property dealers that in addition to the list available at the project’s official site, all 1-kanal allocation files will be made part of the upcoming location ballot. The members were asked to only rely on the said list for sale and purchase of files.
