Peshawar: DHA Peshawar’s management announced that the urgent transfer process would begin on May 26, allowing plot owners to transfer property within two days.
According to Abid Ali, an authorised DHA Peshawar dealer and Cantt Master sales representative, the normal transfer process takes one week. The transfer fee for a 1-kanal plot is PKR 103,000 and PKR 64,000 for a 10-marla plot.
Plot owners who wish to avail the urgent transfer service must pay a PKR 35,000 fee on top of the regular transfer fee, Ali added.
