Peshawar: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) administration on Friday (December 31) organised a balloting ceremony for D-Mall, according to a video shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on Sunday (January 2).

During the balloting ceremony, the guest of honour Barrister Muhammad Ali Seth was called to enter the number for balloting. It was reported that the process was carried out through a computer software system to ensure transparency. During the event, shields were also distributed.
As per the details shared about the project, D-Mall is a mixed-use project that encompasses apartments, shops, and office spaces equipped with modern facilities. The mixed-use project encompassing three basements, a lower ground, and 13 floors is designed to facilitate its dwellers. Reportedly, D-Mall features 3-floor dedicated parking, 4 floors for commercial activities, one floor for the food court, and 2 floors for offices. The project also offers 1, 2, & 3-bedroom apartments that will uplift the living standards for the residents of the project.

The DHA Peshawar administration has already signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for the construction of D-Mall with Future Vision Marketing.
