Discounted Malba Services: Specialised services for debris removal will be offered at a discounted rate, making the construction process smoother and more cost-effective.
Priority Processing for Early Construction: DHAP has also prioritised the processing of paperwork and services for those who commence construction promptly.
Reduced Charges for Excavation and Gravel: Early constructors will benefit from discounted rates on gravel and excavation work, further reducing their overall construction costs.
