DHA Multan’s ‘Business Hub’ gets on board with Zameen.com

Multan: Zameen.com and Bodla Builders (pvt) Ltd have signed an agreement; granting the former with exclusive rights to market and sell property units in ‘Business Hub.’ Located in Centre Square (Block K), Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Multan, the mixed-use real estate development offers clients an opportunity to invest and buy residential apartments, shops, and offices in the up and coming commercial hub of the city.

Spread over an area of 2.25 acres, the project is being tipped as the ‘new business centre’ of southern Punjab. Business Hub is also expected to promote real estate, construction, and allied industries as well as offering new avenue for investment in Multan.

Earlier this year, DHA Multan had signed an agreement with Bodla Builders for the construction of Business Hub. Speaking on the occasion, Project Director Brig Muhammad Shoeb Anwar Kayani had categorically stated that the development of both the residential and commercial areas of DHA Multan is a top priority for administration. This, in effect, means that Business Hub will get all the attention it needs and will be completed on time through a close collaboration between all the stakeholders involved.

How to book a unit in Business Hub?

The apartments, shops and offices in Business Hub can be booked on 30% down payment, while 15% of the total amount has to be paid at the time of possession. The remaining 55% of the total amount can be paid over 48 monthly instalments.
