Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has introduced a waiver incentive for development and various charges on early construction, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on August 26.
As per the details, the DHA Multan administration introduces a 100% waiver incentive of development and various charges across all possession Sectors M, Q, R, H, U, A, V, N, I, B1, RGC & Central Square. This initiative underscores the authority’s steadfast commitment to empowering its members while enhancing property ownership accessibility and appeal.
The following are the details of the waiver incentive scheme:
Eligibility Criteria for the Waiver Incentive:
Construction Completion: Members are required to achieve full construction completion, including finishing touches, by the stipulated deadline of December 31, 2024, providing a 16-month window for completion.
Occupancy Obligation: Members or tenants must ensure the timely occupancy of the property or initiation of commercial activities within 2 months of receiving the completion certificate.
Incentives Offered:
Development Charges Refund/Waiver:
Upon Grey Structure Completion: Qualifying members will receive a substantial 30% refund or waiver of the development charges.
Upon Finishing Touches: An additional 30% refund or waiver of charges can be obtained upon achieving the finishing stage.
Occupancy Triumph: Meeting the occupancy criteria secures a final 40% refund or waiver.
Enjoy a 100% waiver on monthly water and sewerage charges for a duration of 2 years, commencing from the imposition of these charges in the respective sectors.
