Authority unveils plan to connect DHA Multan with motorway

Multan: Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani has recently rolled out the project’s new town plan, under which, a mega square is to be constructed at the Junction of 5 Sectors: Q, T, U, X, and Y, according to the authority’s official Facebook page.

DHA Multan is committed to provide excellent investment opportunities to new investors and enhance existing members’ investment. To attract more investors and facilitate members, the authority decides to connect DHA Multan to Motorway through Shah Rukn-e-Alam Gate at NH-5.

For the construction of this project and new town plan, some of the plots in Sector X requires adjustment. The information regarding the updated Town Plan and adjustment of the impacted plots are available on their official website. During the readjustment, special attention was given to making sure the plots are at a better location to add value or is at par with the value of the existing plot.

Also, the authority has decided to launch a food court and a 360 Zoo at DHA Multan, which will increase entertainment options for the members and residents.

Previously, DHA Multan has also signed a contract with four trustworthy developers: Myco Group, Nabi Baksh Group, Platinum Construction, and Bodla Builders (developers of Business Hub in DHA Multan) for establishing low-cost housing units in Sectors V & T.
