Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan chapter has announced its decision to hand over possessions for Rumanza Golf Community plots on March 31, according to the society’s official Facebook page.
According to the details revealed, the society will issue possessions to ‘the respected members who have deposited Down Payment and 1st Installment’. ‘Undoubtedly DHAM’s significant contributions have enhancing the stature and prestige of city of Saints,’ as per the Facebook post.
Rumanza Golf Community was launched in November. It features 12-marla, 1-kanal and 2-kanal residential plot cuts. These properties can be purchased on a two-year payment plan facility. It is pertinent to mention that the ballot to determine successful applicants for Rumanza Golf Community on December 5.
On December 26, DHA Multan organized the groundbreaking of Rumanza Club and gas pipelines in the society as part of its commitment to complete the residential initiative within the timeframe communicated by it.
