Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration has announced its contribution to the government’s vision of construction of low-cost housing units for the low-income society segments, according to a post published on the authority’s official Facebook page.

To this effect, the authority has signed a memorandum-of-understanding (MoU) with four reputed developers for the construction of 600 low-cost housing units in Sectors V & T. The developers who will be constructing these affordable houses include; Myco Group, Platinum Construction, Nabi Baksh Group and Bodla Builders (developers of Business Hub in DHA Multan).

Moreover, the authority has agreed to provide land for the construction of these houses, while the builder firms will be tasked with the construction of affordable housing for the people of Southern Punjab. Reportedly, DHA Multan has already devised financing models for these houses as per the government’s policy. The buyers of these houses will be able to enjoy all the top-notch facilities of DHA Multan in a price-efficient way.
