Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan management on Wednesday made public announcement of the details of the development charges (and possible discounts) mentioned in allottees’ information/allocation letters, according to the society’s official Facebook page.
The DHA Multan has announced that the development charges will be applicable as follows:
For ballot plot holders and OL/Cash file holders in Sectors M, Q, R, U, H, A and V, the development charges will be payable from September 30 – in eight equal instalments that span over two years.
Furthermore, the society management has also announced that there will be a discount on lump-sum payments with regards to development charges as follows:
10% rebate on lump-sum payment of development charges till December 31, and 5% rebate on lump-sum payment of development charges till June 30.
To this effect, the DHA Multan will be sending a formal communication to the concerned members with development charges details and payment schedules.
Recently, the society announced possession in Sector M in June and has announced that the developmental work in the other six sectors (Q, R, U, H, A & V) are in full swing.
