Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has extended the due date for making down payments against plots situated within the Rumanza Golf Community, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page today (December 28).
The new deadline, as per the post, is set for January 31. There is no mention of the old date for submitting the down payment amount. Moreover, the DHA Multan management did not mention the reason behind this extension.
Rumanza Golf Community was launched in November and it features residential plots in sizes of 12 marlas, 1 kanal and 2 kanals; available on a quarterly payment plan spanning two years. The authority held the ballot to determine successful applicants for Rumanza Golf Community on December 5.
Earlier on December 26, the authority held a ceremony to handover keys to the owners of DHA Multan Villas in order to fulfill its promise of making the society livable; the authority in fact delivered its promise one year ahead of the committed time. During the same ceremony, the authority held the groundbreaking of Rumanza Club and that of laying gas pipelines in the society.
