Multan: DHA Multan has changed the payment schedule and reduced charges for DHA Villas’ members in a bid to facilitate its customers — the authority recently announced through its official Facebook page.
According to the details available, following measures have been announced:
The DHA Multan payment schedule for possession charges has been changed. Instead of paying 15% charges at the time of possession, now buyers have to pay only 5% at the time of possession
Out of the remaining 10% payment, 5% will be paid by June 30, 2021 along with the 9th instalment, while the final 5% payment will be made by March 31, 2022 along with the final instalment. The payments can be made through DHA Multan’s 2020 challan form which can be downloaded from the authority’s website.
The additional charges on villas that are located on DHA Multan map facing parks or the 60-foot road have been waived completely. Moreover, the buyers who have already paid these charges will be refunded the amount.
10% additional charges on corner plots have been reduced to 3% and in this case too, the buyers who have already made the payments will be refunded.
