Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan announced the possession and energisation of Sector A, through a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on January 13.
As per the details, the DHA administration announced possession of Sector A after handing over possession in Sectors H, M, Q, R, U (10-marla), N (2-kanal), Rumanza and Villas. The administration has achieved a milestone by allowing the members to start construction in Sector A.
Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani, at the ceremony, announced unprecedented incentives for the residents of Sector A. The residents can get up to 100% waiver on development and utility charges. The administration shared that Sector A spans over 236 acres of land located near Rumanza. The sector features 1 & 2-kanal plots, Mango Museum, a mosque, three parks, and other amenities.
Moreover, the project director also energised Sector A by pressing a button. By electric energisation of Sector A, the residents will get access to uninterrupted electricity through an integrated Electric Grid Station. The DHA administration has envisioned 2023 as a ‘Year of Excellence’ and commits to providing a remarkable living environment with all amenities required for modern smart living.
