Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has announced a surcharge incentive scheme for all categories of plots and villas in a bid to further facilitate its members, according to a post published on the authority’s official Facebook page on August 20.
As per the details shared, the surcharge waiver scheme for members of all categories of plots/villas are as follows:
100% surcharge waiver on payment of all instalments due till September 30
Adjustment of the surcharge paid by the current owner
The last date to avail of this incentive is September 30. The authority has announced that it is committed to offering the best possible services to all the esteemed members. Presently, there is a monsoon plantation campaign underway at DHA Multan that started on August 14 and will continue till September 15.
Previously, DHA Multan held its ballot on August 12 at DHA Multan Event Complex ‘The Arena’ and identifies the winners of 5, 8, and 10-marla, and 1-kanal residential plots and 4-marla commercial units.
