Lahore: The management of Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan, through a special New Year’s announcement, has notified its decision to transfer the possessions of plots situated in sectors M, Q and R within the first six to seven months of 2020.

DHA Multan Project Director Brigadier Muhammad Shoeb Anwar Kayani stated that the administration would commence with the possessions transfer process this year. He further announced the management’s decision to hand over possessions of around 556 villas.

The project director revealed that the management would also see to the completion of the Villas’ Community Park and Commercial Complex this year. He added that they would commission the completion of the Dealer’s Office, DHA Multan Head Office, Marketing Offices, and Site Office.

Kayani said that DHA Multan would connect through the Shah Rukn-e-Alam Gate to the Khanewal Road and link to M4 through the Sham Kot Interchange. He also referred to the upcoming construction of a hospital, a university, a zoo, a fun land, the Rumanza Golf Course facility, and the Golf Course Real Estate area in the housing society.

The project director assured that the management ‘plans to keep up with the development pace to make DHA Multan a living reality’.
