Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) to receive dues from non-resident Pakistanis (NRPs) via their Roshan Digital Accounts (RDA), according to a post shared on the authority’s Facebook page on August 13.

As per the details shared, the agreement will allow both NRPs and resident members to use MCB’s mobile app and web portal to make online payments to DHA Multan. The members can pay their dues by visiting the ‘Bill Payment’ section on the app.
In June, the administration signed a similar agreement with Faysal Bank Ltd to enable the NRP’s to use their Roshan Digital Accounts to clear DHA Multan’s dues through the bank’s web portal and mobile app.

Earlier in December 2020, as per its commitment to introduce member-oriented policies, the DHA Multan administration signed an agreement with Bank Al-Habib Ltd to provide a ‘Home Construction Finance Rate’ for members. Under this agreement, the members were offered a home construction loan at a subsidised rate of 1 Year Kibor + 1.75% per annum.
