Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (Multan) administration has inaugurated Monsoon Plantation Campaign-2022 in the housing society, according to the social media of the authority.

Project Management Committee (PMC) Chairman Lt Gen Muhammad Chiragh Haider inaugurated the monsoon plantation campaign by planting a mango tree in Sector N, Mango Enclave on July 21. The Chairman reiterated the commitment of the DHA administration to provide a clean, green, and eco-friendly living environment.
As per the details, the DHA administration has planted 200,000 plants & trees (ornamental, shady, and fruit) in the year 2022-21. The administration has a target of planting 300,000 trees this year. In the next 5 years, the administration plans to plant 2 million trees in the housing society.

Moreover, the PMC Chairman held an interactive session with the DHA Multan administration related to upcoming and ongoing projects. Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani briefed the attendees about the project updates. PMC Chairman Haider lauded the efforts of the administration for the progress of development work.
