Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has launched a mobile application and has updated the ‘Member Area’ on the website, according to a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page.

The administration has always strived to devise investment-friendly policies for its valued investors and members. To further facilitate its members and make their life easier, DHA Multan shared a new ‘Member Area’ and a mobile app.
Sharing details about the mobile app, Deputy Director Information Technology (IT) Khurram Sharif stated that the mobile application has been revamped to make it more user-friendly, which is available on iOS and Android platforms. Now, members will not have to visit the DHA offices for any service; it can all be done through the mobile app.
The members can view all the ongoing projects the app, news flashes, and images from the gallery. There is a statuses tab on the application where users can check and view the statuses such as NDC status. The administration has also added the Job Vacancies tab, where users can view vacancies and even apply for a job.

Moreover, the app features a GIS Maps option to check the exact location of the plot and share it. Not only this, but the members can even download forms from the application.
Reportedly, for the maximum facilitation of the members, Complaint Centre is integrated into the application. Now, members will not have to visit the DHA office to file a complaint. Another feature that was added to the app are general and push notifications. The administration will notify about important events and announcements through a mobile app.
Previously, the Member Area was limited to certain facilities; however, the updated Member Area will feature all facilities. The members can, now, view all their plots on the same screen. The members can view the ledger, plot details, contact details, and much more. In the updated version, the users can have the same correspondent address and can update the contact details through the member area.

Additionally, you can pay a surcharge, instalment, or any challan payments against any plots through the member area. Utility bills can be paid in the same way and receipts can be uploaded. The DHA team has also introduced the option of online payment through debit or credit card.
