DHA Multan shares details on measures taken to facilitate business partners

Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has shared the details of the special measures and reduction of fees introduced for business partners through a video shared on the authority’s Facebook page. 

As per the details, the administration revealed the details of the special incentives offered to facilitate business partners. The following are the details of the measures:

• NDC validity period has been increased from 30 to 45 days
• 100% surcharge shall be waived off on instalments due on March 31, 2022 
• For Normal NDC, PKR 2,000 has been waived off 
• For Urgent NDC, PKR 5,000 has been waived off
• Sub office charges of PKR 2,000 has been waived off
• The Executive transfer fee is now PKR 80,000
• The urgent transfer allocation letter fee will be PKR 10,000
• The fee for the first-day on-behalf transfer will be PKR 15,000
• The fee for a second-day on-behalf transfer will be PKR 7,500
• For issuance of NOC for loan/mortgage, a sum of PKR 5,000 & PKR 10,000 will be waived off

• The residential fee for the issue of NOC for loan/lien marking fee (merged) will be PKR 10,000
• The commercial fee for the issue of NOC for loan/lien marking fee (merged) will be PKR 20,000
• For registration of Estate Agents (EAs), PKR 100,000 will be waived off
• PKR 25,000 waived off from the annual renewal fee of EAs
