Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration – after successfully handing over the possession of Sectors M, Q, R and Rumanza Golf Community – has given the possession of 10-marla plots in Sector U, according to a post published on the authority’s official Facebook page on April 13.

Addressing the possession ceremony held for Sector U, Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani highlighted the key features of the housing scheme and its upcoming projects. He also briefed the unprecedented incentives for the customers that included a waiver of development and utility charges. Mr Kayani stated that the DHA Multan is resolved to fulfil every aspect planned for the ‘Year of Livability’ and aims to facilitate its members on priority.
As per the details of the incentives announced; the members of Sector U who completely construct their plots in 12 months after the DHA Multan possession date (May 31, 2022) will be given a 100% waiver on development charges. Similarly, those who construct their plots in 13 or 14 months after the possession date can avail 80% waiver of development charges. Those members who finish their construction inf 15-16 or 16-18 months after the possession date can avail of 60% and 50% waiver on development charges respectively.
