While the authority has confirmed that possession will indeed be granted in September, they have yet to disclose the exact date of this event. However, they have provided some enticing incentives for their members. Notably, members stand to benefit from substantial savings of up to PKR 40 lakhs. Additionally, there is a remarkable offer: if construction is completed within a year, 100% of the development charges will be completely waived.
In another development, the DHA Multan has also initiated a Monsoon Plantation campaign across various sectors, including Sectors Q and M. This endeavour aligns with their commitment to creating a Clean, Green, and Sarsabz-O-Shadab Pakistan.

This proactive approach not only enhances the environment but also adds to the project’s overall aesthetics by transforming these orchards into delightful Mango Parks.
