Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration has extended the deadline for overseas investors to apply for residential plots in Rumanza Golf Community, according to authority’s official Facebook handle.
The new deadline to apply for the plots is January 8. Interested investors and genuine buyers can apply for 12-marla, 1-kanal and 2-kanal residential plots and become part of the upcoming ballot of Rumanza Golf Community. Overseas Pakistani diaspora can submit their interests in these residential plots by filling out the application form available on their official website: https://eapp.dhamultan.org/dhargcballot2022/. Moreover, these plots are available on ‘no membership fee and separate development charges’.
The investors will get a 2-year instalment plan to become part of this aesthetically pleasing and modern housing community that’s termed ‘a jewel in the crown of DHA Multan’. Following are the payment details of these plots in Rumanza Golf Community:
