Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration has announced a three-month extension in the deadline for claiming waiver of development and utility charges, as per a post published on the society’s official Facebook page.

As per this extension, the renewed schedule for claiming development charges waiver in Sectors M & Q is as follows:
Earlier, the society had announced a special housing finance facility for DHA Multan members. To this effect, DHA Multan and Bank Al-Habib Ltd (BAHL) have collaborated to introduce a special home construction finance scheme at a subsidised rate of 1 Year Kibor + 1.75% per annum for those members who wish to launch construction on their plots.

Meanwhile, the developer recently organised a ballot for 12-marla, 1 and 2-kanal residential plots situated within the newly-announced Rumanza Golf Community.
