As per details, this extended scheme is available to members who begin constructing their homes from September 1, 2024. A 75% waiver on development charges will be granted upon completing the grey structure, with an additional 25% waiver provided once the house is occupied. This offer applies to all possession sectors within DHA Multan, making it an ideal opportunity for members to save significantly on construction costs while building their dream homes.
