Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan administration on Friday declared 2021 to be the ‘Year of Livability’ for its members, according to a post shared on the project’s official Facebook.

Moreover, the society management stated that this year 2021 will be the year of ‘dreams coming true’ for its esteemed member. It revealed that it had commenced with the possessions handover for as many as 500 villas. The gas and power for the society have been approved from the authorities concerned and the installation will begin this year.
Additionally, it was also revealed that for the entertainment and facilitation of the people; provisions like Rumanza Golf Course, food court, zoo and shopping project will be completed and be opened for the visitors. The possession for plots in Sectors R (1-kanal), U (10-marla), H (1-kanal), A (2-kanal) and plots in Rumanza Golf Course residential community will also be given. The development work in six more sectors is underway at a rapid pace.

Recalling the unprecedented challenges of 2020, the project administration expressed its hope that 2021 will present tremendous opportunities for progress, development, and employment for the real estate fraternity of South Punjab in general and Multan in particular.
