Multan: Defense Housing Authority (DHA) Multan Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani on Tuesday performed the groundbreaking ceremony for the Dealers Enclave-II, according to the authority’s official Facebook page.
At the instance of its real estate partners, DHA Multan has decided to expand the Dealers Enclave. Reportedly, the new Dealers Enclave-II will encompass 24 offices, cafeteria, and wide range of amenities for all registered dealers. Through this initiative, the authority aims to facilitate customers as the new enclave is located near the authority’s site office at Jinnah Avenue.
Moreover, the development work in DHA Multan is progressing at an expedited pace. The construction of Pakistan’s First Championship Signature Rumanza Golf Course has been completed within 2 years. Also, DHA Multan has energized underground electrification in Sector M. Project Director Brig Shoeb Anwar Kayani stated that in future, DHA will be producing electricity for its residents.
