Multan: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Multan has officially unveiled its Construction Waiver Scheme for 2024-25 through an announcement made on their official Facebook page on October 20. This scheme offers property owners significant financial relief, with a waiver of up to 75% on development charges.

As outlined in the announcement, owners who complete the grey structure of their houses between September 1, 2024, and August 30, 2025, will be eligible for a 75% reduction in development charges. Furthermore, an additional 25% waiver will be granted to those who occupy their houses within the same timeframe, allowing for a complete exemption from these charges.

The scheme is exclusively applicable to sectors where possession of plots has already been handed over, as highlighted in the post. This initiative aims to incentivize construction activity and expedite the development of these areas, providing substantial savings for property owners.
